Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Now or Never – The Grand Exchange Festival. By registering for and attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms:

Campaign Overview

Now or Never – The Grand Exchange Festival is the car exchange camp organized to facilitate the exchange of old ICE vehicle to buy a new EV vehicle among registered participants. The event aims to bring together individuals interested in exchanging their cars with others in a mutually agreed manner.

Period:

This campaign will run from 18th August, 2023 to 22nd August, 2023 (5 Days). All exchanges must be completed within this timeframe.

Eligibility:

• Participants must possess a valid driver's license to participate in the exchange camp.
• The information provided by the participants must accurate and complete.
• Participants must present their vehicle's registration documents, and any other relevant legal documentation during the event for verification.

Liability:

• Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company, associated partners of the Exchange Camp from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from their participation in the event.
• All participants must adhere to a respectful and courteous code of conduct during the event. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive by the Company may lead to the participant's removal from the event.
• The company or organizer reserve the right to modify the event schedule, location, or cancel the event at their discretion. In the event of cancellation, registered participants will be informed promptly.
• By attending the Exchange Camp, participants grant the company/ organizer the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional purposes.
• Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes of organizing the Exchange Camp.

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Only road-worthy and legally drivable vehicles will be eligible for exchange.
• The exchange of cars between participants and reconditioned house will be based on mutual agreement. It is the sole responsibility of the participants to agree upon the terms of the exchange.
• Company/ organizers of the Car Exchange Camp shall not be responsible for any damages, accidents, or liabilities that may occur before, during, or after the event. Participants are advised to have valid insurance coverage for their vehicles.

Scheme and Offers

A. Daily Lucky Draw:

1. To participate in the Daily Lucky draw, one must have their vehicle valuation done and confirm the booking within 5-days offer period.
2. Daily winner shall be announced on official Tata Motors Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/tatamotorscarsnepal

B. Bumper Prize

1. The bumper prize winner will be announced on 14th September, 2023 on NADA Auto Show.
2. 5 lucky customers who had purchased the vehicle during The Great Exchange Festival shall be shortlisted for the buffet dinner at 5-star hotel.
3. Each lucky customer can include maximum of 4 members on the exquisite dinner.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By participating in the Now or Never: The Great Exchange Festival, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
